Order Delivery Times & Costs

Order Handling/Dispatch Times

The handling time for order fulfillment and dispatch is within 1 - 2 working days (Monday to Friday). We aim to dispatch on the day of order where possible. Our daily cut off for same day dispatch is 2:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the next working day.

All orders placed on a weekend including bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

Order Delivery

These will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch and depending on the. If there are any issues or changes to your delivery times we will inform you immediately and ensure that you receive your order within a timely manner.

Delivery Charge: We offer FREE uk delivery on all orders.

Our Delivery Service

Our deliveries are handled by Parcelforce this is a tracked service. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Mailer Moo will not be responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries due to missing or incorrect information within the order process. If you feel that an error is made or would like to add extra information regarding your delivery details please email use mailermoobox@gmail.com along with your order number and the information you would like to add or change to your order.
